The Compact Electric Knife Sharpener combines powered sharpening with a manual finishing stage for efficient edge maintenance. Electric abrasive wheels sharpen each side of the blade individually, while a manual slot with crossed ceramic rods refines and maintains the edge. Blade guides hold the knife at the correct angle to promote consistent results. A non-slip base and soft-grip handle provide stability and control during operation.
