The Edge Grip 2-Stage Knife Sharpener is a compact manual sharpener designed for use on flat surfaces or the edge of a countertop. It features preset carbide blades for coarse sharpening and ceramic rods for fine honing, providing a consistent angle during each pass. The patented V-Grip bottom enhances stability when used on an edge, while non-slip feet and a soft-grip handle improve control. The two-stage system allows restoration of dull blades and maintenance of already sharp edges.
