The Shimano Curado BFS XG Baitcasting Reel brings baitcasting control to finesse techniques commonly handled with spinning gear. This fishing reel features an ultra lightweight and extremely shallow spool designed to cast lightweight lures more effectively. Shimano's Finesse Tune Brake system positions the braking unit in the palm side sideplate to reduce spool startup inertia for light casts. The braking system adjusts automatically when needed and can be fine-tuned using the external dial or by changing magnets.
