EMI's Pro Response Basic Kit handles most basic emergencies and rescues at an affordable cost. It is a downsized version of the Pro Response 2 bag, made of 1000 denier nylon with three spacious main compartments, two side zippered end pockets, and a meshed zippered pocket inside the top flap for airways and shears. It includes a carrying handle, an adjustable detachable sling, and reflective Star of Life and yellow trim.

• Bandages: 1 triangular bandage, 1 in adhesive tape, 2 each of 3 in and 4 in sterile conforming bandages, 8 sterile pads (4 in x 4 in), 2 abdominal pads (5 in x 9 in), 25 adhesive bandages (1 in x 3 in), 1 elastic bandage (3 in), 1 burn/blood stopper bandage
• Airway: 1 CPR Lifeshield, 1 plastic bite stick
• EMS supplies: 1 instant ice pack (5 in x 9 in) and 2 instant ice packs (4 in x 5 in), 8 antimicrobial hand wipes, 10 triple antibiotic ointments, 4 ammonia inhalants
