Trusted Egg Cure for Salmon and Steelhead
Pautzke Borx O' Fire is one of Pautzke Bait Co.'s oldest egg curing recipes and is most effective for curing salmon and steelhead eggs. It combines the company's egg science expertise with a multi colored lineup and seasonings found in its Krill formula. For best results cut skeins into smaller pieces place them in a sealed bag or container and generously cover them with Borx O' Fire. Use it sparingly at first since more cure creates drier eggs. Fresh eggs should be kept dry cooled and cured within 24 to 36 hours.
