Let Bait Run Freely and Engage When Ready
The Okuma Avenger ABF Spinning Reel gives anglers control over how fish take the bait before the hook is set. Its baitfeeder system allows live bait to swim freely in saltwater and supports freshwater applications such as trout and catfish fishing where giving fish time to take a firm hold can be an advantage. Updated form and function refine this established baitfeeder reel series.
- Baitfeeder system disengages the spool to let bait run freely.
- Secondary micro-adjustable drag provides precise spool adjustment for bait control.
- Rear-mounted drag adjustment keeps baitfeeder control accessible.
- Turning the handle automatically disengages the baitfeeder system through the rear On/Off lever.
- Main drag system takes over so you can fight the fish.
